Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AIOps Architect to design and implement AI-driven operations solutions that enhance IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML, IT operations, and automation, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AIOps solutions for RFPs and enterprise environments.
• Integrate AIOps tools with existing infrastructure and monitoring systems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Develop predictive models and self-healing mechanisms.
• Implement event correlation and anomaly detection frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Stay updated with AIOps trends and continuously improve existing systems.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years in IT operations, with 5+ years in AIOps or related domains.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or R.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with AIOps platforms: Splunk ITSI, Moog soft, Big Panda.
• Proficiency in event correlation, anomaly detection, and self-healing automation.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
