CTC up to 7Lacs

Job profile

* Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to banking regulations.
* Authorize transactions, manage cash handling, and oversee NEFT operations to ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
* Supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency.
