MIS Analyst (Finance) @ Extreme Media

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst with 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting and ERP system transitions. The ideal candidate will have direct hands-on experience with ERP migration from Zoho to Microsoft Business Central, along with strong Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Financial Reporting

• Prepare accurate MIS reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, AR/AP, Cash Flow, Variance Analysis, and Management Dashboards.
  
• Work closely with Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to gather data for reporting.
  
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures with required MIS reports.
  
• Analyze trends and variances; deliver insights for management decisions.
  

ERP Transition (Zoho to MS Business Central)

• Lead/Support migration from Zoho ERP to MS Business Central.
  
• Serve as Finance SPOC for data migration, testing, and system validation.
  
• Train team members on ERP functionalities post-migration.
  
• Identify process improvement areas and implement automation.
  

Skills & Requirements:

• 24 years of experience in MIS/Financial Reporting roles.
  
• Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboarding, etc.)
  
• Proven experience in ERP transition from Zoho to Microsoft Business Central.
  
• Understanding of financial processes (AR, AP, GL, Cash Flow, etc.)
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
