Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in IT hiring. The ideal candidate will have successfully closed positions in IT Technologies, sales, Manufacturing, and Operations, demonstrating flexibility to work on various roles as per our business needs.
IT Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top IT talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Candidate Evaluation:
- Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications.
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
Client Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Offer insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
