Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and PySpark.
- Work with SQL and MongoDB to manage and query large datasets.
- Develop and implement solutions using Snowflake for data warehousing.
- Leverage AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, and Athena to process and analyze data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment of data solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of data systems.
- Implement best practices for data management, ETL processes, and SQL query optimization.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues related to data pipelines and applications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Snowflake and its ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including S3, Glue, Lambda, and Athena.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of big data technologies and frameworks
