Job Description
Job Title: Technology Development Lead (.NET Full Stack)
Experience Required: 7+ Years of Relevant Experience
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Development:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust technology solutions using .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server. Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and quality standards.
- Project Management:
Manage end-to-end technology development projects, including planning, execution, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
- Technical Support:
Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to internal teams and users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Problem Resolution:
Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors when necessary.
- Quality Assurance:
Oversee code reviews, testing processes, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Technology Planning:
Evaluate and implement new technologies to support evolving business needs and drive innovation.
- Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technology development, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in:
- .NET Core Web API Development
- SQL Server advanced querying, performance tuning
- Angular component-based architecture, state management
- C#, OOPs Concepts, JavaScript
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
