Job Description

Role & responsibilities

A billing job involves a variety of tasks related to invoicing customers, processing payments, and managing financial records:

Invoicing: Create and send invoices to customers
Payment processing: Receive, verify, and record payments
Account management: Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and balances
Communication: Contact customers about payment deadlines, outstanding debts, and other billing issues
Financial reporting: Prepare and provide regular reports on billing activity
Problem-solving: Identify and resolve billing errors and inconsistencies
Payment assistance: Suggest payment assistance programs for customers in need
