Job Description
Job Overview:We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Associate Director to support leadership in driving business growth, operational excellence, and team performance. The role involves overseeing projects, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery against organizational goals, and contributing to long-term strategy and vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in defining and executing departmental/business unit strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality results within set timelines and budgets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and performance excellence.
- Support in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Analyze performance data, market trends, and business insights to support decision-making.
- Drive innovation, process improvements, and best practices within the department.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships.
- Mentor and coach managers/team leads to develop leadership capability within the organization.
- Represent the department in management meetings and act as a bridge between senior leadership and operational teams.
- Ensure risk management, governance, and compliance standards are met.
