Job Description
What will your role look like
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including business rules, Script Includes, REST APIs, ACLs, scheduled jobs, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow workflows to meet business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain performance dashboards, analytics reports, and monitoring solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance tuning, security, and adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation of new features and applications.

We would like you to bring along
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development.
- Hands-on expertise in Java, AngularJS, REST, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Spring Boot.
- Strong command of Core Java, including collections, exception handling, and inheritance.
- Well-versed in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience with performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Strong communication skills and client interaction experience.
Good-to-have skills
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certification (mandatory).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform UI customization.
- Experience in performance tuning, security compliance, and capacity management.
- Exposure to advanced ServiceNow modules and integrations.
