Job Description

10+ years of networking experience with at least 3+ years in an architect-level role

Core Networking:

Strong hands-on experience in WAN technologies (SD-WAN, MPLS, routing protocols).

Expertise in LAN architecture (switching, segmentation, high availability).

Advanced Wireless design and deployment (Wi-Fi 5/6, controllers, cloud-managed).

Proven experience in NAC solutions (Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, Juniper Access Assurance or equivalent).

Hands-on experience designing, integrating, and troubleshooting across Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper ecosystems.

Ability to design vendor-agnostic reference architectures, ensuring interoperability and flexibility.

Data Centre Networking:

Expertise in Data Centre fabric technologies (Cisco ACI, VXLAN/EVPN, Juniper Apstra, Aruba CX fabric).

Strong knowledge of virtualisation and integration with hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).

Understanding of hybrid cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, GCP interconnects).

Familiarity with storage networking (SAN, iSCSI, FCoE) and redundancy models

Security Knowledge:

Understanding of network security fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, ZTNA concepts).

Familiarity with OEM security features in Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper ecosystems.

Additional Competencies:

Network automation and programmability (Python, Ansible, APIs).

Strong documentation, solution presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to lead design workshops and mentor technical teams.
