We are looking for a skilled SAP BASIS Consultant with strong experience in HANA Database Administration and Cloud Environments to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SAP systems, performing upgrades, migrations, and ensuring system performance and availability in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP BASIS administration activities across various SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, etc.).

• Manage and maintain SAP HANA database  including installation, upgrades, backups, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

• Perform system copies, refreshes, and migrations (OS/DB Migration, HANA Migration).

• Support SAP installations and patching, including kernel upgrades and support package updates.

• Handle user administration, roles, and authorizations.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system health.

• Work on Cloud deployments (AWS / Azure / GCP) provisioning, scaling, and troubleshooting SAP environments.

• Manage Disaster Recovery (DR) setup, failover testing, and high availability (HA) configurations.

• Collaborate with functional, technical, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Provide 24/7 production support under rotational shifts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS Administration.

• Strong experience with SAP HANA Database administration.

• Exposure to S/4HANA implementations or upgrades.

• Experience in managing SAP systems on Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Strong knowledge of System Monitoring Tools (SolMan, CCMS, etc.).

• Experience with OS-level administration (Linux/Unix/Windows).

• Good understanding of SAP Security, Transport Management, and System Landscape Design.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certified Technology Associate  SAP HANA / BASIS

• Experience in SAP Solution Manager (7.2) configuration and monitoring

• Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM
