Job Description
- As a technology evangelist for the core engineering team at Mindtickle, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling products by selecting the most appropriate architecture to suit business needs and achieve desired results under given constraints. You will work directly with the engineering teams to develop next-generation, cloud-based solutions and make a strong impact on product development and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, maintain, and scale components powering the platform at Mindtickle - Select the most appropriate architecture for systems to suit business needs and achieve desired results under given constraints Qualifications Required: - Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms - Proficiency in any programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Golang, C, C++, etc.) - Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, Postgres, or NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB, Couchbase) - Strong problem-solving skills with a structured thought process to tackle complex challenges - Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) - Self-motivated team player who enjoys collaborating with others to solve problems and deliver high-quality results - Enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning and problem-solving in a dynamic work environment Join Mindtickle's central platform team and be a part of a fast-paced, innovative company where you can contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions and enhance user experiences.,
