Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead with strong team handling skills our B2B IT Sales division. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive the team towards achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination across sales processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives / Sales Coordinators.
  • Allocate leads, monitor team performance, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
  • Support the team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
  • Conduct regular training and guidance sessions to improve team performance.
  • Ensure effective usage of CRM tools for lead management, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Finance, Logistics) to fulfill client requirements.
  • Review teams daily/weekly reports and present consolidated updates to management.
  • Handle escalations and provide solutions for client issues.
  • Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration / IT / Marketing or equivalent.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in B2B IT Sales / Inside Sales / Sales Coordination, with at least 46 years in a team lead role.
  • Proven ability to handle and motivate a team towards achieving sales goals.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, software solutions, and B2B sales processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
