Job Description
Responsibilities
- Candidate Outreach: Ensure that at least 8 candidates are lined up for client interviews each day.
- Interview Completion: Ensure that a minimum of 4 interviews are conducted daily with shortlisted candidates.
- Selection Rate: Achieve at least 2 candidate selections per day from the interviews conducted.
- Joining Rate: Secure at least 1 confirmed candidate joining per day from the selections made.
- Profile Completion: Complete and document candidate profiles daily.
- Screening and Scheduling: Screen candidates based on client-specific requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Use Forms provided by the company to collect and organize candidate information.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain consistent and proactive communication with candidates to ensure they attend scheduled interviews. Provide post-selection support to candidates to enhance their onboarding experience.
- Data Management: Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and outcomes.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in Non-IT volume hiring.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in fast-paced target oriented environment.
