Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Fresher Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves engaging directly with assigned clients in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) sector, managing all associated sales activities, and identifying opportunities to expand our client base. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong relationships with existing clients while securing new business opportunities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a customer engagement plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Meet and interact with BFSI clients to build relationships and explore business opportunities.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to present our products and services to prospective clients.
  • Gradually develop the ability to deliver client presentations independently.
  • Maintain regular contact with potential clients to convert opportunities into orders.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring the company s reputation is maintained.
Qualification:
  • Fresh MBA graduate with a strong drive to build a career in sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to foster strong relationships.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office 365.
