Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat with professionalism and empathy
• Promote and upsell products/services wherever applicable
• Ensure high-quality customer experience with timely responses
• Achieve sales and support targets

Requirements:

-Graduate in any stream

-Excellent written communication skills (English proficiency required) -Strong persuasion & sales aptitude

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

-Minimum 1 to 2 years of prior experience in sales/chat support. Telecom Billing is preferred.

- Skills: -

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Flexibility:

Willing to work in night shift. (2 Way Cab & Shift allowance will be provided)

• Must have good communication skills.
• Flexible to work from office (5 days)
• The candidates should not have any Backlogs (arrears) - Freshers Passed out year 2020 and later Only

Interview Process:

• HR Screening
• Typing Assessment ( WPM Test Desired score 35 WPM)
• English Grammar EF SET Test ( 15 min test Desired score 70)
• L1 with Team Lead
• L2 with Manager
