Job Description

Position Overview -

Project Manager job is to plan for implementation and document all aspects of project. He/she must work closely with upper management of the hospital to make sure that the scope documents are prepared properly, and direction of each scope is on schedule, as well as other departments for support

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

Working on all activities related to implement our HMIS software at client's(Hospital) end
Process/Gap analysis
Assisting in Coordination of various events, maintain and update Status Logs
Study Hospital Business Processes
Documentation (gathering & preparation)
Installation of software, contribute to progress reports produced by clients
Training end user at client's end
Support and Follow-up Cycle
Analyzing and managing project risks
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Most important one is controlling time management
Maintain documentation for management system standards and framework

Experience/Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any stream, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Information technology.
Preferred experience in customer success, client relations, project management
