15+ years of experience in Managing Finacle Projects and Managed Services
Be accountable and responsible for the entire project execution and closure
Have strong Functional and technical knowledge in Finacle applications.
Have experience in handling Finacle projects involving E2E implementation
Have managed Finacle Core / CRM / Interface customization projects
Have managed Finacle Customization porting project from Finacle 7x to 10x
Have managed Migration project (Legacy to Finacle and Finacle version upgrade)
Assess the technical feasibility on the customization requirements and provide Solutioning approach
Have experience in handling Finacle Managed Services project L1, L2, L3 Support
Respond to RFPs from Banks on FMS and participate in the corresponding meetings to finalize the support requirements
Have experience in arriving at the team sizing for the L1 an L2 support project requirements
Build and guide the team for L1 and L2 support roles
The resource to possess good connect across the Finacle capability pool in market who are OEM, System Integrators & other vendors.
Track the L1 / L2 tickets as per the SLA set by the Banks
Good in program / project management skills estimating the efforts, team sizing, tracking the project plan & execution, managing client expectations etc.
