Job Description
Role & responsibilities
You are responsible for the development, deployment and continuous improvement of business processes, data analysis and reporting. This position will provide actionable insights for the Customer Success organization and external stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile & Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar Business Intelligence role
- Experience with building reports and dashboards in BI tools
- Basic understanding of Marketing (B2B is a plus)
- Expertise in SQL is a must
- Python for Data Manipulation
- Good to have experience on Looker Studio and Sigma
- Good understanding of Basic Stats
- Knowledge of Data Management
Responsibilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Hands-on experience building customer facing reports and dashboards with the Looker platform and other BI tools
- Ability to break a business problem into consumable/actionable Analytical solution
- Work with different stakeholder/department/cross-functional product teams to accomplish the task
- Ability to master the data from business lens
- Understands how to use semi-structured and unstructured data
- Ensure Data Accuracy and Quality
- Develop new KPIs if required
- Develop specs and proposals for new tables and datasets that would enhance analysis and reporting for the business
- Should conduct a detailed Exploratory data analysis on any given data and Ad-hoc basics
- Work confidently and independently to generate insights (The Why part) and story telling
