Position: International Voice Support (Technical & Customer Support)

Job Description:
As an International Voice Support Associate, you will be the frontline representative for our global clients, providing exceptional technical and customer service support via voice calls. Your role involves troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer queries efficiently, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will handle real-time voice interactions, demonstrate strong communication skills, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues via inbound voice calls.
  • Provide clear and professional assistance to international clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document and update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality standards to ensure first-call resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members and technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to SLAs.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Immediate joiners preferred; available to join within 15 days.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluency and clarity).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process (Technical knowledge a plus).
  • Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or BPO preferred.
  • Ability to handle real-time voice calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Any UG qualification/HSC/Diploma.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Troubleshooting and technical support knowledge

  • Ability to work in a rotational night shift environment

Compensation & Benefits:

  • CTC: 3.5 - 4 LPA (based on experience)
