Receive inputs from customer (BOM, Assy. Chart, Ref FOP & GOS, CAD data, FPR standards, PR check standards, Locus Know how sheets, Benchmark study criteria, Torque derogation request, Tightening standards, Small tools SPEC sheet) & understand output required
- Study & be aware of Standards / procedures / check sheets / previous project data & results for each type of activity.
- Examine inputs, understand Customer requirement and generate queries if required
- Perform Part trajectory study/ PR check / GOS creation / GOS to FOP conversion/ FOP creation in Pro APR / Process FPR checks / Benchmarking studies / Torque derogation analysis / Small tools development etc., as per schedule following standard procedure.
- Track & record daily progress of the activity. Make recovery plan to meet schedule in case of delays
- Report to leader immediately in case of delay / blocking points & seek support. Review results with leader on periodical basis, get feedback, do corrections and deliver output.
- Participate in periodical review meetings with customers.
- Root cause analysis & countermeasure for concerns/delays using QC story approach
- Process standardization & Standard work time reduction (Job efficiency improvement)
- Multi skill development to improve Skill sufficiency to handle diversified tasks. Qualifications
B.E. / Diploma Mech or Automobile
Essential skills- CATIA : Part trajectory study, FOP creation in Pro APR, Process FPR checks, Benchmarking studies, Torque derogation analysis, Small tools development all as per schedule and standard procedures.
- Part Gauge and Part Unit Gauge : Hands-on experience.
- GD&T Skills : PDJ/1D TCM measurement, Fit and Finish.
- CMM Measurement : Proficiency required.
- Concern Analysis (Level 2) : Strong problem-solving skills using appropriate tools and reporting capabilities.
- Software Skills: : Catia, NX CAD, Delmia, Process Simulate, Vis Mock, Vis Pro, Process Simulate (Human Simulation) & AutoCAD.(3 - 8 Yrs Exp if Diploma, with same experience as above.) Desired skills
Attitude to learn & deploy, Quick learning, ability to communicate to different stake holders. Hardworking & spirited. Ability to work in shifts & at assembly line in physical conditions
