Sourcing Manager - Real Estate @ Propertypistol Realty

Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Sourcing clients with home buying requirements
• Reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings.
• Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested CPs.
• Responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity.
• Lookout for high performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to drive the CPs for lead generation.
• Coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure.
• Addressing any queries, doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.

Key Requirements:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Gujarati
• Strong communication skills and polished presentation are mandatory
• Relevant experience in real estate/mandate sales preferred
