Job Description
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
- Assist and lead in the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Monitor actual performance against budget and forecasts, providing detailed explanations for variances.
- Oversee the gathering and organization of financial data from various sources for analysis
- Maintain and update financial models and databases, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function
- Assist in the implementation of best practices and process documentation
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field
- Advance understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft products
- Experience with financial systems preferred, such as SAP, Oracle, Adaptive Insights or similar platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent command of English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
