Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and record patients conditions, medical histories, and vital signs.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Provide emotional support and health education to patients and families.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to infection control and hospital policies.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and perform first aid/CPR when necessary.
• Document care provided and update patient records accurately.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualification: Bsc Nursing/ GNM

Experience Required:

Bsc Nursing- Minimum 4 years experience

GNM minimum 10 years

Gulf experience is preferred

Salary : 450 KWD

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour duty, rotational based duty
• 6 days working, 1 day off
• Annual Leave: paid leave provided every year

Note: Experience in JCI/NABH Accredited hospitals is mandatory
