Job Description
This position is needed to support and scale critical revenue and order-to-cash systems and related processes as a member of the Controllership organization. This position will assist with providing functional and technical expertise in our drive towards efficiency, automation, and scale. In this role, you ll work with the Financial Systems Manager and assist cross-functionally with Go-to-Market Business Applications (Salesforce), Product, Engineering, Analytics, Tech Services, and Accounting teams to define business requirements, lead test cycles, and drive delivery of scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
In this role, you ll:
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Zuora related to the Order-to-Cash process
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency with Zuora and related financial systems
- Build relationships and establish trust with cross-functional partners
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and EA to align system functionality with business needs
- Assit with small to medium sized projects aimed at streamlining billing, invoicing, product configuration in Zuora, and payment processes

*Required:
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a very fast-paced, high-growth team environment
- Knowledge of and experience with Quote to Cash and Revenue Recognition business processes
- Understanding of the integration points and data flows from/to Salesforce and Zuora (or similar systems) that impact a Quote to Cash flow
- 5+ years of experience in designing and configuring Subscription billing and payments systems like Zuora (or other similar systems like Recurly etc.),Stripe, Adyen etc. in a SaaS environment
- A passion and drive for improving systems & processes in a collaborative team environment
Desired:
- Experience working in the SaaS/technology industry
- Experience with any of the following applications: Salesforce CPQ, Oracle Fusion
- Working knowledge on Revenue Recognition and aligned processes and systems such as RevPro, Oracle RMCS, Netsuite Revenue Recognition, or Zuora Revenue
