Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. You must have a strong background in technical hiring, a knack for client handling, and a proven track record of successful C2H (Contract to Hire) placements. We need someone who can join immediately and hit the ground running. Candidates who are already relieved from their last role or are serving their notice period are preferred.
What you'll do:
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Source and attract top-tier tech talent from various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Manage the C2H hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition for candidates from contract to full-time employment.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and new technologies to effectively source and engage with passive candidates.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with a strong focus on hiring for technical roles.
- Mandatory experience in C2H hiring and managing the conversion process.
- Demonstrated experience in client handling, including managing client expectations and building strong professional relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques like Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other creative methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to join immediately (candidates already relieved or serving their notice period).
- Location: You must currently be based in Bangalore.
