Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical / Electronics
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer to join our BARC & Projects IT support team. This role is vital for ensuring uninterrupted TRP monitoring services for BARC clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, managing hardware/software issues, AMC renewals, license generation, stock maintenance, and client support.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and hands-on hardware/software support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (online/remote) related to BARC equipment and systems.

• Understand and resolve client queries regarding TRP rating systems.

• Manage AMC renewals and maintain AMC stock levels.

• Handle license generation and deprecation processes.

• Coordinate RMA, TAT, and ticket generation with OEMs.

• Perform regular software updates and participate in shift rotations.

• Assist with hardware and software installation and system setup for projects.

• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure service excellence.

• Collaborate with support and operations teams for smooth project delivery and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware and software).

• Good understanding of broadcast technology and TRP systems.

• Hands-on experience in AMC & license management.

• Knowledge of RMA & ticketing processes.

• Ability to work in shift rotations.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
