Department : Sales and Marketing
Location : Chandigarh and Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales growth and perfect for an individual who is passionate about sales, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the education technology market and a willingness to travel. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and key decision-makers within colleges, universities, and private coaching centers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and market positioning.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Specification :
Qualification
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
- 4+years of experience in sales management, preferably in IT solutions or education technology.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
