Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually engaging user experiences for B2B SaaS platforms and complex enterprise systems. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of seamless user experiences for B2B SaaS and complex enterprise platforms.
- Conduct user research and testing, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to drive design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Stay current with user-centered design trends, methodologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure alignment of design and business goals.
- Present and articulate design rationale effectively, using compelling storytelling to drive consensus.
- Establish and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across products.
- Integrate concepts into various tools, including Miro, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Utilize Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools to create exceptional designs.
- Manage UX project planning using tools such as Jira, Trello, and Monday.
- Work with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery to bridge the gap between design and development.
Qualifications:
- Strong interaction design, user testing, and research expertise.
- Excellent attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, and a diverse digital portfolio showcasing typography, color, layouts, and interaction design.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch (and related tools like Abstract, Zeplin, and InVision), Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with UX project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Monday).
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery).
- Bachelors degree in design (Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology) or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio.
