Job Requirements

Responsible for Technical project delivery 

Responsible for Project technical delivery management with client , understanding requirements , preparing and detailing solutions, estimating efforts and schedule , dependencies , risks assessments and mitigation plans , creating presentations for the proposed solution , proposal defense

Responsible for Project delivery - ensure product/ project delivery, scrum team/ equivalent team management , product quality assurance , minimize technical debt , acceptance defections , resolving issues for the team. Responsible for project CSAT

Responsible for better delivery - automation , effort optimization through technical solutions

Required to coordinate with team , leadership and peers and adapt to ever evolving projects and delivery environments 

Work Experience

• Expertise in Cloud based software product development for engineering applications
• Preferred to have experience in porting / migration across cloud platforms
• Expertise in Web Apps development 
• Expertise in software development and Testing is a must 
• Expertise in Dev-Sec-Op usage - preferred to have experience in roll-out of DevOps
• Expertise in Agile based team management , project execution , Experience in PI planning for multi domain , multi team products involving scrum of scrum needs 
• Preferred to have experience with edge device 
• Readiness to have adaptability to switch programming languages and cloud platforms
• Must have experience in Backend , with ability to manage front end components 
• Need to have hands on experience in Java / .net , 
• Experience with Python - added advantage 
• Must have experience in Azure / AWS
• Experience data analytics / ML deployment is a added advantage
• Preferred to have experience working for Railway domain 
• Experience 10-15 years
