Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients in the field of IT Software Services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients in IT and RPA domains.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT and RPA solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Information Technology, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, focusing on IT services and RPA solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT services sales cycles and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Good command of English, Hindi, and Tamil. Working knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Must understand and be well-versed with the workings, terminologies, and sales processes of IT software companies.
  • Minimum of the last 2 jobs must be in IT sales.
  • Must have CXO-level contacts in companies.
  • Should have an average tenure of at least 2.5 years in each of the previous companies.Role & responsibilities
