Job Description - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager for IT/ITES services . This role combines client relationship management and account management ,The ideal candidate will also contribute to proposal development and client presentations, playing a key role in business growth and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management :

  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, focusing on IT services and consulting.
  • Drive account growth through proactive opportunity identification and solution alignment
  • Understand client goals and Covalense solutions/Services to meet business needs.
  • Drive account growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to refine and improve account strategies. Use customer insights to drive proactive sales activities and adjustments in strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, focusing on IT services and consulting.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the organization.
  • Customer satisfaction & health measured by SLA performance, NPS/CSAT scores and % customer retention

Proposal & Presentation Support

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to develop compelling services proposals and bid responses.
  • Create and deliver impactful client presentations
  • Translate technical solutions into business value propositions.
  • Support business development efforts with strategic insights and storytelling.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field /MBA .
  • 3+ years of experience in Account management in IT/ITES services or GCCs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
