Job Description

Job Title: Store / Dispatch Officer

Department: Purchase / Supply Chain / Engineering

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Store Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, tools, and equipment.

Issue materials to maintenance and production teams as per requisitions.

Maintain inventory records through ERP or inventory management software.

Conduct regular stock audits and ensure stock accuracy. Maintain proper documentation of stock movements and reports (e.g., GRNs, Issue Slips).

Monitor re-order levels and initiate procurement to avoid stock-outs.

Qualification and Experience: B.Com candidates with 2 -3 years of experience in stores / dispatch

Work Environment: Office and store/warehouse-based role. May require physical activity such as lifting and organizing materials.
