- Monitor intraday activities and recommend schedule adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, shift rules, and company policies.
- Work closely with operations and forecasting teams to align on schedules.
- 36 years of experience in contact center scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of WFM tools (Verint, NICE, Aspect, Genesys, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
