Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and tooltips

• Collaborate with product, UX, and training teams to enhance user onboarding and experience

• Analyze user behavior and adoption data to identify improvement areas

• Customize WalkMe content based on user segments and system behavior

• Perform quality assurance testing on all WalkMe solutions before deployment

• Troubleshoot and resolve WalkMe-related issues and bugs

• Document best practices and provide ongoing support and training

Skills Required:

• 23 years of hands-on experience with WalkMe or any other Digital Adoption Platform (DAP)

• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user onboarding strategies

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is preferred

• Ability to interpret data and analytics to optimize workflows

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with web applications and SaaS environments
