Job Description

Sr Human Resources Executive ( H R Consultancy/Third Party Recruitemts )

1.Must have minimum 2-3 years experience in handling Third party recruitments on our Payroll through GEM
2.Through in Dealing with GEM Procedure and Guideline and able to Quote cost to supply manpower either permanently or Contractual or temporary Or short duration
3.Thorough in handling PF ,ESI and to maintain all compliances as required in Third Party recruitments/Outsourcing
4.In addition to Governments supply ( to work as Service Provider ) , you must be able to handle Private sector manpower requirements too.
5.You must be thorough in quoting cost in Government as well as Private sector
6.Good experience in Recruitments mainly with H R Consultancies having similar business
7.Able to improve existing systems and software to be utilized more efficient and quick turnaround
