We are looking for DDR Verification Engineers to work on high-performance memory subsystems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform DDR protocol-level verification for SoC designs
- Develop SV/UVM-based test environments
- Debug and validate DDR timing and performance compliance
- Ensure coverage closure for DDR controller and PHY verification
- Collaborate with design and architecture teams to resolve issues
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of DDR (DDR3/DDR4/LPDDR/DDR5) verification
- Expertise in System Verilog, UVM-based testbench development
- Experience in DDR timing, protocol compliance, and low-power modes
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
