Job Description:
We are looking for DDR Verification Engineers to work on high-performance memory subsystems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform DDR protocol-level verification for SoC designs
  • Develop SV/UVM-based test environments
  • Debug and validate DDR timing and performance compliance
  • Ensure coverage closure for DDR controller and PHY verification
  • Collaborate with design and architecture teams to resolve issues

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of DDR (DDR3/DDR4/LPDDR/DDR5) verification
  • Expertise in System Verilog, UVM-based testbench development
  • Experience in DDR timing, protocol compliance, and low-power modes
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
