Data Scientist @ Tech Mahindra

Job Description

As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to improve our HR and payroll solutions. Youll lead a team of data scientists, drive advanced analytics initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• 57 years of experience in data science or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, statistics, and data mining.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., pandas, TensorFlow).
• Experience with Azure, especially Data Factory and Git (Azure MLOps).
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn with a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and Agile methodologies.
• Experience building LLM-based data products.

Skilled in deploying models using Azure services and APIs
