Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Production Planning:
-
Create and manage the master production schedule based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
-
Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure schedule feasibility and execution.
-
Demand & Capacity Management:
-
Analyze demand trends and adjust schedules accordingly.
-
Monitor production capacity and identify bottlenecks or constraints.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts.
-
System & Data Management:
-
Maintain scheduling data in ERP/MRP systems.
-
Generate reports and KPIs related to schedule adherence, lead times, and capacity utilization.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
-
Work closely with sales, operations, procurement, and quality teams to align production plans with business goals.

Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings.

For This Role, You Will Need:

2 3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e. g. Oracle) and scheduling software.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
