Engineer-Planning @ Emerson

• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products


• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay


• Determine workforce, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand


• Schedule shift according to production needs


• Work order attainment to ensure they will finish on time and within budget


• Address issues when they arise striving for minimum disruption


• Acquire output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc. )


• Prepare and submit status and performance reports


• Keep paperwork organized


• Collaborate with Procurement, customer care and production, quality control, warehouse and other staff

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Experience from actuator, controls & instrumentation industry


• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience in engineering with 0 - 2 years Industry experience.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written, verbal, and social skills.


• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
