Job Description

Looking for anIT Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in Supply Chain Projects & Strong experience in Application Management & Support Projects. Highly prefer candidates with good understanding of ITIL standards.

Key responsibilities include, Financial Management, Vendor Management, Budget Management, Stakeholder Management.

Position Title: Service Delivery Manager

Experience: 12+ years

Location: Bangalore

Required Candidate profile

Min.10 years of overall IT experience and business/ related industry work experience

Min. 5 years experience managing the Service delivery in a matrix environment with a diverse portfolio of suppliers both internal and external

Experience in supply chain projects.

Understanding of manufacturing systems and plant processes utilized to make and move products, preferably Captive centers.

Ability to work across diverse functional teams to set direction, build consensus and solve problems.

Good experience in incident management and crisis management experience in a large scale & highly available environment

Strong background in ITIL (preferred) or similar process oriented framework
