Cnc Operator , Quality @ SFO Technologies

Job Description

• Perform dimensional inspection of machined parts and assemblies using CNC and manual measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and specifications.
• Conduct first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections of components.
• Record and document inspection results, deviations, and non-conformances accurately.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for non-conforming products.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain and calibrate measurement equipment as per schedule.
• Follow all safety and quality protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical / CNC domain.
• 2 years of work experience in CNC domain.
• LOCATION - NORTH KALAMASSERY, ERNAKULAM
