Job Description
Role: Office 365 Administrator L2
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 5 to 6 Years
Immediate joiners required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Intune.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets related to O365 user access, mail flow, calendar syncing, licensing, Teams functionality, etc.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 admin portals and security & compliance settings, audit points etc.
- Perform user and license management through Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell, and Azure AD.
- Monitor service health dashboards and proactively address service issues or incidents.
- Maintain documentation of troubleshooting steps, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes (user provisioning, email migration, access management).
- Support MDM policies and configurations via Intune or Endpoint Manager.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement updates, patches, and best practices.
- Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements using PowerShell scripting.
- As when requried Microsoft application training for End users.
- Monthly review complete O365 dashboard like user access & policy procedure ,user account creating deletion etc.
- Review the complete dash board and add reverify rules on timely manner
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT support with a focus on Microsoft 365/O365 technologies.
- Strong understanding of all Microsoft 365 components: Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD.
- Hands-on experience with for M365 admin tasks.
