Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles across multiple business units and geographies.
Partner with sales leadership to understand role requirements, business priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach).
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring timely feedback and smooth candidate experience.
Negotiate offers, close candidates, and ensure successful onboarding in collaboration with HR Ops.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports for leadership review.
Drive initiatives for employer branding and talent pipeline building, especially for sales hiring.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of proven experience in sales hiring (B2B/B2C hiring preferred).
Strong understanding of sales roles, metrics, and performance-driven hiring.
Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other modern tools.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS.
