Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead civil engineering projects in Uttarakhands hilly terrains, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and quality delivery.
- Site Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, ensure compliance with design & safety standards, conduct inspections, and resolve technical/site issues.
- Labour & Contractor Management: Manage workforce and contractors, ensure smooth workflow, boost productivity, and resolve labour concerns.
- Execution, Monitoring & Quality Control: Supervise daily construction, track progress, manage budgets/resources, enforce quality checks, and address discrepancies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records (progress, labour, materials) and update stakeholders with reports & Gantt charts.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 3+ years experience in civil engineering (preferably in hilly terrains).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods & materials for hilly regions.
- Proficient in Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Prior experience in Uttarakhand projects is highly desirable.
