Job Description
Objective Of This Role:

To manage Commercial and High Secure Are Client Machines.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
(Major task and role person will have to perform list all the relevant points)
IT Inventory , log the call on day to day basis and resolve the same. Vendor coordination & support Client Machine Hardening as per policy. Patch Update for Client Machines. Manage End Point Protection for Client Machine Update Asset Details in Asset Manager Tool. Troubleshooting Desktop and Laptop, manage to swap components.
Education & Trainings:
(Basic & Professional)
BE / BCA / Diploma Technical know how: (Mention the technology on which person must be experienced) Mandatory: o Troubleshooting Desktop and Laptop, manage to swap components o Vendor coordination & support o IT Inventory , log the call on day to day basis and resolve the same.
Good to know:
Basic Knowledge on Active Directory, VMware, Networking.
Soft Skills:
(Inputs on soft skills required for role, like team management, communication, customer management etc) Customer Management, good communication, play a role as team member.
Experience: (in yrs.)
Total : 5to 7 years
Relevant* : 3 to 5 years
