Objective Of This Role: (Brief description of the role, why are we hiring, and what will person in this role do)

• Responsible for handling of process excellence and CIP role at Chennai Perso Bureau

Tasks & Responsibilities: (Major task and role person will have to perform list all the relevant points)

• Coordinate, manage and monitor Lean activities at site in liason with regional/global team
• Ensure to maintain continuous improvement projects/ initiative at site
• Lead teams in achieving process standardization and best practices
• Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques
• Assist in development of new process capabilities
• Process Observation
• Support, train & monitor quality and operations team on operational processes
• Initiate & Facilitate Lean Six Sigma Projects
• Value Stream Mapping for each production steps
• Align/attend monthly call with global lean team

Education & Trainings:

(Basic & Professional)

• B.E / B.Tech

Technical know how: (Mention the technology on which person must be experienced)

• Mandatory:
• Knowledge and hands-on experience about PCI (Visa Card & Master Card) & RuPay Certifications
• Certified lead auditor for ISO 9001
• Prior experience in Smart Card industry for Payment cards
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Good to know:
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• GSM Standard

Soft Skills: (Inputs on soft skills required for role, like team management, communication, customer management etc)

• People Management Skill
• Good communication skills in English language
• Leadership Skill

Experience: (in yrs.)

• Total : 7-8 years
