Field Support Engineer @ CMS It Services

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware malfunctions efficiently.
  
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware components and operating systems.
  
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on hardware devices.
  
• Maintain inventory of IT hardware, accessories, and spare parts.
  
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for warranty claims and hardware replacements.
  
• Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security guidelines, and standards.
  
• Support IT team in network device installations and basic troubleshooting when required.
  
• Provide end-user training and guidance on hardware usage and best practices.
