JOB TITLE : WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS

DEPARTMENT : WAREHOUSE

LOCATION : KALAMASSERY, COCHIN

REPORTS TO : MANAGER -WAREHOUSE OPERTIONS

REPORTEES : SUPERVISOR / TRAINEES

JOB DETAIL

Execute the down line team for on time Kits delivery.

Productivity improvement.

Process Implementation.

Continues training to employees.

Improve the quality in kitting and binning area

Internal/ External Audit & NC closure.

Stock Accuracy & BIN Accuracy

WMS, ESD, EHS, 5S & Security

Quality storage in MSD area and related process.

Coordination for Goods Receipt and related process.

Communications & Report.

Weekly Meeting with Leaders.

Production Complaints and reconciliation.

Vehicle allotments based on the WH operational requirements.

Documentations.

RR and related documentations.

WH quality and related process.

Audit and NC closure.

Nonmoving RM Process coordination.

FIFO and FEFO

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Cycle count Accuracy/Compliance, OTD of Kits, WR, GRN, Other Acquisition cost, 5S. EHS & ESD, Manpower alignments and works. RM receipts [ End-end support]

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

B. Tech/ Degree in any specifications with >3 year experience

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Good Team Player, ability to manage the huge team, Good in English and Malayalam, Interpersonal skill and Goal oriented person.

B. Tech/ Degree in any specifications

SPECIAL CONDITIONS/SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
