Job Description
- Partner with Business Stakeholders and Functional Teams
Work across teams to understand metrics and document clear business requirements for BI analyses, reports, and dashboards. Ensure solutions address stakeholder needs while maintaining strong alignment with organisational priorities. - Design Interactive Data Visualizations
Build interactive, visually impactful dashboards and analytics using Tableau . Efficiently source, structure, and process large datasets utilizing Snowflakes . Design dashboards and reports that clearly communicate key insights, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. - Support BI Process Automation
Contribute to the automation and scaling of BI workflows using Python , SQL and related scripting technologies. Focus on increasing efficiency, reducing manual effort, and ensuring accuracy/repeatability in data analytics processes. - Promote Best Practices in Analytics
Advocate for and implement documented guidelines and standard procedures for BI automation and dashboard development. Share methods and recommendations that support scalable, robust analytics solutions. - Contribute to CX BI Principles
Participate in development and refinement of Customer Experience (CX) BI frameworks, bringing actionable data insights to initiative design and ongoing improvements. - Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with IT, engineering, and business teams through regular planning meetings to ensure BI solutions are integrated with broader organizational goals, are scalable, and aligned with enterprise objectives. - Leverage AI/ML Analytics in BI Initiatives Where Relevant . Apply foundational AI/ML techniques or leverage AI-powered features within BI tools to enhance data analysis, uncover trends, or automate insight generation as business needs dictate. Contribute to pilot and exploratory analytics projects, ensuring the value of AI/ML is realized in practical BI solutions, even though advanced AI development is not the primary focus of the role.
- At least 3 years of data analytics or BI experience, demonstrating the ability to work with large datasets, automation tools, and BI reporting platforms.
- Proficiency in developing interactive dashboards and visuals in Tableau (Must Have) and managing/integrating data using Snowflakes . (Must Have)
- Expertise in SQL and Python for automating, scaling, and optimizing BI workflows. (Must Have)
- Bachelor s degree in statistics, computer science, math, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical work experience.
- Good Working Knowledge of Ms Office / Google Sheets / Google Slides
- Demonstrated ability to communicate data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to collaborate on cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions.
- Proven track record of managing multiple analytics projects simultaneously, delivering work on time, and maintaining data quality and accuracy
- Tableau Desktop Certified Associate Certification is a Plus.
- Experience with Service Now, Salesforce reporting Modules is a plus.
- Experience working as a Business Intelligence Analyst in a technical support environment is a plus .
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts or tools is a plus, especially where these support business intelligence or analytics initiatives. Experience or interest in exploring AI-powered features within BI workflows to improve analysis, identify trends, or support business insights as needed is welcomed.
